If you need help with a claim itself

An advocate can act for you. Ex-service organisations across the country have them, and most charge nothing. They can lodge, argue and represent you in ways this tool deliberately does not.

If something in the tool is wrong

Tell us the condition, what you were shown, and what you expected. Every line carries its instrument and clause, so a mistake can be traced to its source rather than argued about.
